Do you offer Military, Fire, or Police discounts for the Bridge Run?
For unit/squad/department discounts, please send us an email at events@goraceproductions.com. Military units and first responder groups are also eligible for our Corporate Challenge.
If I run the Double Pump, do I receive all 3 medals?
We will not be offering an “Upgrade Your Bling” option for 2025. Instead, we’re focusing on making the Double Pump medal bigger than and unique from the 5K and 10K medals.
If I’m signed up, but unable to participate, can I receive a refund or what are my options?
We are unable to offer refunds. You are able to defer or transfer your bib through 11:59pm EST on November 6th, 2025. Race deferrals will be a $30 fee. To complete a deferral, please read through this FAQ. Transfers to another person are $20. To complete a transfer, please read through the FAQ here.
How do I change to a different distance race than the one I originally registered for?
When changing to a different distance, the registrant will automatically pay the difference between the events, if the event they are changing to is more expensive.
**No refunds if the registrant is changing to a less expensive event.
How to Change Your Event in RunSignUp:

- Being by logging into your RunSignUp account and go to your "Profile" page. On the "Profile" page, see Races under "Upcoming Events". This shows a list of all races that are coming up.
- You are able to manage the registration for the Race by clicking "Manage Registration".
- From the top bar, choose "Transfer Event".
- Choose "Start Transfer". Follow the instructions and complete your registration.
NOTE: Distance changes can be completed on or before November 21, 2025.
Can I change my shirt size from what I originally selected?
Shirt sizes may be changed, dependent upon availability of shirt inventory. Follow the instructions below if you're looking to change your shirt size before the event.

What is included in my Enmarket Savannah Bridge Run Registration?
Participants receive a custom Enmarket Savannah Bridge Run t-shirt, race bib and other swag. Finishers of each of the races will receive an exclusive finisher medal. Additionally, there is a variety of complimentary post-race refreshments, including two adult beverages for those 21 and older.
COURSE INFORMATION / RESULTS
Is the event timed?
Yes. The Enmarket Savannah Bridge Run is timed using GO Race Productions. To view your results, you will be able to scan the QR code on your bib to bring you to your personal results. You will also be able to view results on our results page of the website.
Are walkers allowed at the Enmarket Savannah Bridge Run?
Of course, walkers are welcome at the Enmarket Savannah Bridge Run! We do ask that the walkers please start in the “Walkers Zone” at the start time.
Are strollers allowed at the Enmarket Savannah Bridge Run?
Yes, jogging strollers are welcome in both the 5K and 10K. For everyone's safety, we just ask that you please start at the back of the field. For the 5k, jogging strollers are allowed, but must be in the “walking” lane at the start line.
Are dogs allowed at the Enmarket Savannah Bridge Run?
No, dogs are not allowed at the Enmarket Savannah Bridge Run.
Is there an age limit?
Our age groups range from Under 9 to 80 and over. Anyone at the age of 5 or older as of race day must be registered in the race if they are on the course.
Is smoking allowed at the Enmarket Savannah Bridge Run?
No. Smoking is not allowed at any location during the Enmarket Savannah Bridge Run. This includes the start lines of both the 5k and 10k, the finish line, shuttle transportation and the Post-Race area.
Where do I park for the race?
There is an abundance of parking garages around the city that are a convenient walk from the finish line area. There is also on-street parking available around the city. For more information on race day parking options, go to RACE DAY PARKING.
What happens in the case of inclement weather?
Weather
The race will be held rain or shine. If there is lightning in the area, the race will either have a delayed start (30 minutes maximum delay time) or, depending on the intensity of the weather, be canceled. The determination will be made by the Event Management staff and local law enforcement to determine the proper action. Legally, the race cannot take place while lightning is in the area for liability reasons.
As a reminder, the registration fees are non-refundable or transferrable.
Lightning Policy
Event operations will shut down when lightning is located within 10 miles of the event area. Event operations will not resume until lightning is 10 miles out, moving away from the event area. Event management staff will determine this using the Flash to Bang Rule* and weather radar. The event management staff and local law enforcement will decide on a course of action to utilize the operational rain plan, delay the event, or cancel the event. Any action will not take place until race morning.
*Flash to Bang Rule* is applied by measuring the time (in seconds) between a visual lightning “Flash” and hearing the resulting “Bang”. This time is then divided by a factor of 5 to obtain the distance in miles. For example, 50 seconds between the “flash” and “bang” divided by “5” equals 10 miles.
Will there be space for family members to watch the race?
Yes, spectators are welcome to watch the race near the finish line around the intersection of Oglethorpe and Montgomery.

We've improved our packet pickup process for 2025 by adding more early packet pickup opportunities:

Is there a race day bib pick-up?
To help ensure a smooth and efficient race morning, race day packet pickup will only be available as a paid add-on during registration.
NOTE: Race day packet pickup shirts will be available at the post-race party.
What do I need to bring with me in order to pick up my packet?
Please have a valid government issued photo ID and your check-in pass (received by email) with you.
Can someone else pick up my race packet for me?
Yes, you may have someone else pick up your race packet. Please make sure you provide them with a copy of your confirmation email and registrant ID.
